ITS THE SIZE OF THE FIGHT THAT MATTERS

Another typical indian capitulation. And what theatrics to decorate it with. All along i swam with the tide of hope that as long as the little master is at the helm of the proceedings, victory is a given. But yes, there was an element of doubt that the castle the little master was building may not stand the test of that so prominent aussie die hard spirit and dogged determination.
And the castle did not.It just could not.It did not when it could not.Doing something when you cannot do it is sweet. Not only sweet, its gratifying. But it takes a hell lot of character and even more of stubborn persistence to do it when you cannot. And India just didnt have either of them in ample measure. In fact history stands testimony to the fact that we never had them in ample measure.Thats exactly why we have always capitulated to foreign intruders...be it the british or the mughals. On this thursday it was the aussies who did us in.

History does not repeat itself,it at best imitates. But in our case,it imitates itself with an alarmingly high frequency. We stand united but then somehow cave in.Without fail. With consistency.

Lets work for a change.Lets work on ourselves.Let us try to do it when we cannot. At least give it a "try" and a "few hours of sweat".Lets make this a habit. One day the habit will get rooted in our genes. And then we will.BECAUSE ITS NOT THE SIZE OF THE MAN THAT MATTERS,ITS THE SIZE OF THE FIGHT IN THE MAN THAT MATTERS.

I AM STARTING THE CHANGE WITH MYSELF.FOR ME ITS A COMPULSION BECAUSE I SEE THESE WEAKNESSES IN ME FIRST OF ALL.FOR YOU ITS A MATTER OF CHOICE.
